Seller Terms

1. Welcome to KK&P
These Seller Terms govern your use of the KK&P Marketplace as a vendor. By creating a seller account you agree to be bound by them.
2. Becoming a Seller
You must provide accurate business information and may be subject to identity verification. KK&P reserves the right to approve or decline seller applications.
3. Listing Products
All products must be lawful, accurately described, and comply with our content policies. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeits, hateful content, and regulated items where prohibited.
4. Commission & Fees
KK&P charges a transparent commission on each completed transaction. The current commission is shown in your Vendor Dashboard. Payment processing fees from Stripe apply separately.
5. Payouts
Payouts are issued via Stripe Connect on a rolling weekly basis once funds have cleared. You are responsible for keeping your payout details current.
6. Orders & Fulfillment
You agree to fulfill orders within the processing time stated on each listing, communicate with customers in a timely manner, and honor your stated shipping policies.
7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers set their own return policies subject to a baseline standard. KK&P may mediate disputes and, where appropriate, issue refunds from seller balances.
8. Reviews & Reputation
Customers may leave reviews. Manipulating reviews or incentivizing positive feedback in violation of policy may result in removal.
9. Account Suspension
KK&P may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm customers, or pose risk to the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active sellers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
